CHIA PUDDING

If you are looking for a healthy snack that also provides you with protein, omega-3’s and packed with fiber and taste good at the same time then give my chia pudding a try! You only need four ingredients to make it and it can be changed in so many ways as you can add fresh fruit or pair it with your favorite smoothie.

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk or any plant based milk of choice

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 tsp agave nectar or maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.Get a mixing bowl and measure out your non-dairy milk

2. Place 2 tbsp chia seeds into the mixing bowl with your non- dairy milk

3. Pour maple syrup , agave and vanilla in and mix

4. Place it in the fridge until it firms up this can take at least 20- 30 minutes

5. If you’d like to make this the night ahead or meal prep you can do this by keeping it in a storage container.

6. Enjoy on it’s own or with fresh berries like I have pictured here or with your favorite smoothie on top.
