VEGAN PUFF PASTRY POCKETS

Four ingredient vegan puff pastries that come together in one skillet for you and your family to enjoy in as little as 20 minutes.

These can be made with ingredients that you may already have on hand in your fridge and there are so many combinations that you can come up with. You can use store bought or homemade puff pastry for the pockets the choice is yours! Today I filled them with fresh bell peppers, onions , garlic and vegan meat . I created them into the shape of Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse with the help of these cookie cutters which can be found here :

INGREDIENTS:

1 package vegan ground meat

2 bell peppers

1 white onion

4 garlic cloves

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp granulated garlic

2 tbsp avocado oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Start by adding your avocado oil to the skillet and add your vegan ground meat .

  2. Clean and cut your bell peppers , garlic and white onion and add to the skillet with the vegan meat .

  3. Add in your seasonings to the pan

  4. Layout your puff pastry and take your cookie cutters out press down your shapes .

  5. Add in your vegan meat and veggies to the inside of your shapes .

  6. Press down the pockets with a back of a fork and it will create a closure .

  7. Cook in the oven for 350F for 15-20 until golden brown
